Fireman Glynn Johnson plead not guilty to animal cruelty charges. See here for the PE's report. Interestingly, the dog's owners filed a lawsuit against the fireman. As a public service, the IELB is attaching a copy of pertinent pages of the lawsuit. (The actual copy can be accessed on the Riverside County Superior Court website). It paints a vivid portrait of a horrible act. Obviously, it is one sided, but....
